I am a licensed mental health counselor associate (LMHCA). I work primarily with children, youth, and young adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD/ ASD. In addition to being an LMCHA, I am a certified teacher and draw upon my love of children’s books, art, legos, rhythm, and music to create a therapeutic relationship with my clients.

I regularly utilize motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help individuals navigate negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies. In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I have experience supporting adults, including work in hospice, end-of-life care, and grief support.
